JD Group in partnership with Wholesale & Retail SETA invites suitable applicants to apply for Learnership Programme 2021. The learnership will run for a period of 12 months. Location: Sandton, Gauteng.
The primary aim of this opportunity is to develop young, motivated
and high performing graduates who will infuse their talent into the
organization. The graduates will be given structured learning and
workplace experience.
Requirements
We require graduates with the following qualifications:
- Marketing Management degree
- Business Management / Business Administration degree
- Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology degree
- B Com Financial Management
- B Com Law / Economics
- Digital Marketing relevant degree
- BSc / B Com Software Engineering
- IT Project Administration / Project Management degree
- IT information systems / Business information Technology degree
- Graduates from TVET Colleges and HET Institution within the retail and retail sector
Abilities and competencies:
- Ability to learn quickly
- Resilience and adaptability
- Ability to take initiative
- Critically analyse information and use judgement to make decisions
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships
- High standard of work ethic
- Excellent presentation skills as well as having strong written and verbal communication
- The understanding and ability to enhance customer services
