Do You Suffer From Claustrophobia
Claustrophobia is the fear of being in a small space, room, or confined area and unable to escape. It can be triggered by many situations or stimuli, including elevators crowded to capacity, windowless rooms, hotel rooms with closed doors and sealed windows
Seeing a small or confined space or only thinking about small or confined spaces can result in the following symptoms: breathlessness, dizziness, excessive sweating, nausea, dry mouth, feeling sick, shaking, heart palpitations, inability to speak or think clearly, a fear of dying, becoming mad or losing control, a sensation of detachment from reality or a full-blown anxiety attack.
You are not the only one to suffer from this type of phobia. Most sufferers are surprised to learn that they are far from alone in this surprisingly common, although often unspoken, phobia.
Claustrophobia is an intense fear of something that poses little or no actual danger. While claustrophobics realize that these fears are irrational, they often find that facing, or even thinking about facing, the feared situation brings on a panic attack or severe anxiety.
There is a Way Out
Imagine what your life will be like when you know that you are not “defective”. When you can be confident and at ease in situations where you used to feel your claustrophobia.
And when you can talk about your former phobia symptoms as though you are describing a movie where the character is someone else, not you.
Several years ago, I’ve made an amazing discovery.
I’ve tried all leading therapies. And no matter what therapy modality I did try, the cure rate of phobias like claustrophobia was less than 20%. Oh sure, patients made progress. But it was a slow process. And therapy took months, not days.
Then I made an amazing discovery and my ability to eliminate claustrophobia soared to over 80%. And was able to cure claustrophobia clients often in one session.
This was a radical change from months of therapy.
You actually cure yourself by going into your unconscious mind and rearranging those mental codes. And you can do all of this:
- Without therapy without drugs
- Without physical pain
- Without mental anguish
- Without side effects
