1. No Breakfast

People who take their breakfast late are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an inadequate supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating 

The body uses calories from food to allow the muscles, organs, tissues, and cells function. Each person requires a different amount of calories based on their age, height, current weight, activity level, and gender. Extra calories are stored as fat for future use. However, many people do not use these fat stores and become overweight.

3. High Sugar consumption 

Taking too much sugar will disrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients, causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

4. Sleep Deprivation 

Sleeping enlightens us with dozens of benefits. Lack of enough sleeping damages the brain. There are dozens of side effects. It may amaze you to learn that chronic sleep deprivation significantly affects your performance, safety, and health.

5. Lacking in stimulating thoughts

Thinking is the absolute the best way to train our brain, lack of brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

6.Stressing your brain during Illness 

Working hard or stressing your brain when sick may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain.

Because the human brain is so complicated and has little capacity to regenerate, it is vulnerable to the effects of damage and disease. Losing part of the vast network of cells, or changing the level of a neurotransmitter, can have disastrous results, especially when we force it to work with steamy power.

7.Smoking

It generates recurring brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

8. Air Pollution

The brain is the most significant oxygen user in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the amount of oxygen to the brain, which reduces the deficiency of the brain.
