Performs a variety of routine task and operations to prepare, cook, plate and/ or serve food items as assigned for patient or retail meals. May interact with patients of all ages on a rare occasion who come into the department.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year’s experience in food preparation and/or culinary degree required. The incumbent may require up to 1 months of detailed job orientation and training to gain specific capabilities to perform essential job functions.
